Blame the Moon is a short choreography dedicated to the moon, to highlight just some of the interpretations which it is possible to observe it with.
From the re-enactment of the space mission that first brought the men to the moon, Apollo 11, the work omits the key to the purely scientific, to give it the most mysterious and mythological role that makes her the star of beliefs and legends of every culture. In fact, according to what they say, the Moon would affect on nails and hair cutting, on sowing and reaping periods, preparation and storage of food, cleaning the house, births and deaths …
The work ends with a divertissement inspired by an aphorism of William Shakespeare, and that gives the title to the choreographic work, which cites: It ‘s all because of the moon, when it gets too close to the world everybody get crazy.
